By making a booking with Naples Driver Guide web site, you confirm that you have read, understand and accept the following conditions.
We may alter these terms and conditions from time to time and post the new version on our website. Naples driver guide undertakes to send the new version of terms and conditions to all customers who have made a reservation on the date prior to the update. The customer who made the reservation on the previous date of the new terms and conditions is right to cancel his reservation without paying any penalty.
Our terms and conditions and your use of Naplesdriverguide.com web site are governed by the laws of Italy an Europe, and in the event of any dispute under our contract, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian courts.
In these booking conditions references to ‘you’ and ‘your’ and ‘passenger(s)’ include the person named on the booking and all persons on whose behalf a booking is made or any other person to whom a booking is transferred.
User Agreement governing the use of the Naples Driver Guide websiteWhen placing a booking you undertake to us that all the details you have supplied are correct, including passenger name, dates, pick up information and credit or debit card details.
If there are changes to the details supplied, it will be your responsibility to contact us and request changes.
Use of our website content by third parties for any purpose other than booking transfers is prohibited, including the modification, subsequent publication, and total or partial reproduction or representation of the same without the express consent of Naples DriverGuide
Naples driver Guide will be not responsible for any losses you may suffer (including for example missed flights) due to your failure to allow sufficient time for your journey. We do not accept responsibility for any accident regarding theft or damages during the course of our tours or transfer. We recommend that you arrange your own travel insurance to cover cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances or those beyond your control.
In agreeing to these terms and conditions you accept that Naples Driver Guide will in no way be held responsible for any losses, expenses or claims made by you in the event of any problem associated with the service, the incorrect processing of your booking by the Service Provider, errors made by you when making the booking or inaccurate or incomplete information provided to us during the booking process. We will always try to pay the utmost attention to all booking data sent in order to avoid possible misunderstandings related to the booking.
The passengers agree to pay for any damage caused to the vehicle during the tour or the transfer.
Availability of Service
We are entitled to refuse any order placed by you. We do not guarantee to successfully every booking request. In the unlikely event that we are unable to allocate a provider to your booking request, we will email you to advise you as soon as possible. Once we receive the payment we will e-mail you the excursion/transfer voucher valid as final confirmation with all details about pick-up and timings. We will advise you as soon as possible to the e-mail address you have provided if for any reason the service can not be provided and as a result, your booking needs to be canceled.
Our on-line Booking services are provided on an “as is” basis and we do not make any representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the availability of any product(s).
You confirm that the payment details you provide to us for the purpose of booking service are correct, that the credit or debit card which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of the service.
At the time of the booking we only charge the 30% as deposit calculated on the total amount of the service, Final balance will be paid in cash during the tour or transfer. Please ensure that you have the correct cash amount available, in the local currency, unless otherwise stated in your booking voucher.
Rates do NOT include client’s meals – food and beverages – gratuities – entrance fees to museums and monuments – anything not expressly mentioned as included unless differently specified on the programs.
You can make changes to your reservation online up to 48 hours before the pick-up or arrival time, as confirmation of the change, we will e-mail you the excursion/transfer voucher valid as final confirmation with all details about pick-up and timings. We do not guarantee to successfully every change related to the origin booking request. In the unlikely event that we are unable to allocate a provider to your booking request, we will email you to advise you as soon as possible.
After this period you must contact Naples Driver Guide directly by calling the number provided in your booking voucher. Changes to your reservation must be submitted via email writing to firstname.lastname@example.org providing to us the email and your booking number associated with your reservation.
Amendments or cancellation requests can not be made with the driver.
- You will not be charged for cancellations if you cancel at least 5 days before the scheduled tours/transfer pick up time. reservations.
- We charge 30% for cancellations from 4 to 2 days before the scheduled tours/transfer pick up time
- We charge 100% for cancellations 1 day before the scheduled tours/transfer pick up time and NO SHOW
For all tours including a Museum/ Art gallery / Church ticket, in case of cancellation of the tour, the reservation fee is not refundable. Refunds will only be granted in the event that, for unexpected reasons, the museum will happen to be on strike or closed.

By making a booking with us you agree to pay the full cost of the booked service in case of a cancellation within the chargeable cancellation period.
Waiting Time, No show and Emergency Contact
At the time of the transfer, the driver will wait at the agreed airport pick-up point for a maximum of 60 minutes from the time of flight arrival. The waiting time from any other point shall be restricted to 15 minutes after the agreed time.
In the unlikely event that you cannot locate the driver at the meeting point, or if you are delayed in customs, immigration, baggage collection or lost luggage, it is your responsibility to call the emergency number provided in the booking confirmation email to make contact with the driver.
If you fail to call the emergency contact number within 60/70 minutes of the actual landing time for airport collections, and within 15/20 minutes for non-airport collections, and as such the service provider is not made aware of the problem, the service will be considered a no show and you accept to pay the full cost of the booked service.
Unused transfers are non-refundable. You agree to pay for no show transfers that were made available to you.
Please inform us at the time of booking if you wish to travel with excess baggage. This is to ensure that the vehicle provided can accommodate you. The passenger(s) shall be liable for all expenses incurred should additional vehicles be required to transport non-declared excess or oversized luggage.
Special Requests, Trip Time and Vehicles
During the booking process, you may request extra services. We will endeavor to pass on all such requests to the service provider, however, we cannot guarantee that they will be met and we will have no liability to you if they are not. Child/baby seats will be provided if requested whenever possible, however, there may be rare instances when such seats are unable to be provided due to unforeseen last-minute vehicle substitution, for example. Please note that we do not guarantee that the seats provided will be the perfect fit for your child.
The distance and trip time provided are for planning purposes only. You may find that construction projects, traffic, weather, or other events may cause conditions to differ from the information published, and you should plan your trip accordingly.The images of the vehicle make and model shown on the quote page are for illustration purpose only and Naples Driver Guide does not guarantee that these exact vehicles will be provided by the service provider. Naples Driver Guide makes no guarantee of the suitability of a particular service for your request and is not responsible for the choice you make.
Naples Drivers Guide cannot be held liable for delays, changes or cancellation of service due to force majeure, or to other circumstances that are unforeseeable or beyond the service provider control, such as accidents suffered by third parties on the transfer route, police checkpoints, acts of terrorism, extreme weather conditions, etc.
