This tour consists of a 4 hours half-day trip from your hotel in Naples or the train station if you come from Rome, but it is also available from Sorrento, Salerno, and the Amalfi coast. Of course, this private Tour of Caserta Royal Palace can run as Shore Excursion from Naples Cruise Terminal.

Your English-speaking driver will arrive on time at the hotel in Naples where are you staying, ready to start the tour with you. After having boarded the comfortable vehicle, your private driver will give you some information about the territory.
The scheduled stop will be the Royal Palace of Caserta, which is 30 km from Naples and to reach it, you will take about 40 minutes. During the road, immersed in the traffic of the city, you can plan your day with the driver. The Palace was directed and designed by the architect Luigi Vanvitelli, who worked to recreate the beauty of Versailles’s Palace of Paris. The house, in baroque style, has an area of 4700 square meters, 1026 fumaroles, 1200 rooms, 1742 windows a 34 flight of stairs.

ROYAL GARDENS: The Royal Park extends for 3 kilometers in length over an area of 1200 hectares. At the rear of the buildings, begin the long parallel alleys between which we find a series of suggestive fountains that connect the Italian’s Garden with the English’s Garden.
