Before beginning your tour day, you will get acquainted with your English-speaking driver who will be in time at the meeting place that you provided us, he will take you on our comfortable Mercedes vehicle.

He will take you to the part of our territory rich in archaeological sites where began the ancient Greek and Roman civilizations: western Italy. The strategic position of the port, the fertility of the fields due to the volcanic area and the natural thermal baths; all these elements gave the ancient civilizations a good reason to settle in this corner of the Gulf of Naples.

Unlike Pompeii and Herculaneum, Phlegraean fields are not so famous and many tourists who arrive in this area of southern Italy do not even imagine how many archaeological sites there are in the north of the Gulf of Naples.

By means of your expert-of-territory driver you will discover enchanting places, passing through breath-taking panoramic views and lakes, tuffaceous rocks, and Roman ruins; visiting the still active Solfatara volcano with its fumaroles, the Flavio amphitheater (second to Capua amphitheater and Rome’s Colosseum).

The tour includes a visit to one of the oldest Greek colonies (The archaeological park of Cuma)  Through the visit to the archaeological park it will be possible to admire the remains of the Acropolis, with the temples of Apollo and Jupiter, and some remains of the lower city like the temples of Italici and the Forum, the spa building known as Masseria Grande, the amphitheater, the Arco Felice.
In the Cuma’s archaeological park, will be possible to visit the suggestive cave of the Sibilla the mythological gateway to the underworld and then take the naturalistic route on the shores of Lake Averno.

The phlegraean fields offer much more like the archaeological park of Baia and the underwater city which can be visited in very calm sea conditions and on board of a special glass-bottomed boat, the Aragonese castle (phlegraean fields’ museum) and much more… Let yourself be accompanied by your expert driver who can guide you through these wonderful places, so you will spend an unforgettable day being satisfied with your choice.
